WHAT IS AN OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE? In a nutshell, we look after the owner’s interests throughout the complexities of a construction or development project. From the beginning, we establish budgets and schedules to set forth realistic expectations that can be met. We help select the appropriate designers and contractors. We engage in the design process to be sure the owner’s goals are understood. We assist in obtaining entitlements, permits, and coordinate with utility providers. We monitor the construction for quality, and collaborate with the entire team to mitigate problems, delays and additional costs. And finally, we coordinate the move-in and closeout of the project; complete with our owner’s interests protected.
