FOR MORE THAN FORTY YEARS, Pound Management Inc. (PMI) has been serving the needs of its clients as owner's representatives, and project managers  in  their construction and property development projects.  Serving as the overseer of the entire project we monitor its success through diligent budgeting , scheduling and overall coordination and support.

 

Believing in a collaborative approach, we work closely with  the client and all members of the project team including architects, engineers, and builders. We recognize that each team member brings unique expertise and value that enhances and benefits the entire project.

 

Led by founder, Leslie Alspach, our staff come from such diverse backgrounds as engineering, administration, contracting, and management.  In keeping ourselves abreast with the ever-changing industry, we realized the importance of associations with a wide-variety of industry organizations that will keep our knowledge fresh and current.
